New Monthly Music Night at the Island Grill, hosted by Me Man Jack

Saturday, April 24, 8:30: Music mash-up on Wolfe island!

Each month Me Man Jack is hosting musical friends at The Island Grill, a great pub right next the ferry dock. MMJ is Kevin Bowers, Tully, Pete Bowers, Huw Davis & Rene Vermette. They’ve been making music together in Kingston for well over 10 years. Their members are also regularly seen in other local bands including The GertrudesKyra & Tully, The Grimwits). For this show, they host two great acts. Making the trip from Toronto is Stephen Stanley of Lowest of the Low (Do you remember Shakespeare My Butt…?). Closer to home, Kingston roots rocker Tom Savage also shares the stage.

Remember, the ferry is free. Where else can you walk on a ferry from downtown, see great music at a country bar for free, and not have to drive home. The Island Grill is also the only bar in the area with a deck right on the water - and you can catch the sunset on the lake! Find more details about the show, directions & ferry times, here.
